NMHC 50 Announcement

Here is a copy of the letter that has been sent to all NMHC members along with more details on the April and May Issues of MFE. We are thrilled with the opportunity to improve upon the product and hope this new relationship fosters even greater participation among MFE customers and NMHC members.   

The National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) is pleased to announce a new partnership with Multifamily Executive (MFE) magazine. In 2014, MFE will produce and distribute the 25th Annual NMHC 50, the apartment industry’s authoritative ranking of the nation’s 50 largest apartment owners and management companies. 

This exciting new relationship will create one definitive list of the most active and influential multifamily firms. It will also provide expanded editorial coverage to share with readers the strategies and tactics being employed by our sector’s leading organizations. 

We will continue our partnership with Kingsley Associates to produce the lists, but beginning in 2014 the NMHC 50 will benefit by receiving distribution to MFE’s expansive, editorially-driven database. This robust program will feature: 

• A special section in the April Issue of Multifamily Executive with the NMHC 50 lists that will reach more than 70,000 print and digital subscribers. 
• Expanded editorial coverage of the NMHC 50 rankings in the May Issue of MFE 
• In-depth analysis of the people, issues, and trends surrounding NMHC 50 firms in both April and May 

Your advertising support not only helps NMHC continue its research efforts, but it also promotes your firm’s products and services to tens of thousands of potential business prospects. We have secured special rates for NMHC members in order to facilitate this support. 

In addition to reaching the highly targeted multifamily executive audience in print, reprints of the NMHC 50 are mailed to all NMHC members, and the Council uses it for marketing throughout the year. Finally, it will be distributed as a digital edition to more than 50,000 MFE newsletter subscribers and promoted/archived on the multifamily executive website, as well as appearing on NMHC’s new website.
